Our commitment
Decidian is committed to making our website, intelligence platform, and decision packets usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies.
Our commitments, standards, and feedback channels for making Decidian usable by everyone — including keyboard-only users, assistive tech, and low-vision reviewers.
Decidian is committed to making our website, intelligence platform, and decision packets usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies.
We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We also reference EN 301 549 and Section 508 where applicable to our customers' jurisdictions.
Our practices include semantic HTML, accessible names and roles for interactive elements, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, sufficient color contrast, scalable typography, descriptive link text, alt text on meaningful images, ARIA labels on diagrams, captions and transcripts for media, and respect for prefers-reduced-motion.
Decidian is tested with current versions of major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) on supported browsers (latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari). Visualizations include text alternatives and structured data where feasible.
Decision packets are produced with structured headings, machine-readable evidence bands, and text equivalents for charts and graphs so that auditors and reviewers using assistive technology can navigate them in full.
Some highly interactive visualizations are simplified for screen readers and provide an equivalent text summary. We continue to improve coverage and welcome reports of gaps.
Some integrations and embedded content are provided by third parties. We work with our vendors to align with the same standards and request remediation where issues are found.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need content in an alternative format, please contact accessibility@decidian.tech. We aim to respond within five business days and to remediate confirmed issues on a prioritized basis.
If a resolution is not satisfactory, you may escalate through the contact channels in your engagement agreement, or, where applicable, file a complaint with the relevant authority in your jurisdiction.
